Dysney Import (India) Co, based out of Kolkata, has been engaged in importing and providing imaging products and office consumables since 2013. In the last 7 years, the company has grown significantly both in terms of volumes and reach. Dysney’s main focus is on wholesaling the best possible customer satisfaction, besides high quality and after-sales service.
Dysney as a wholesaler provides a wide range of imaging and office products
and consumables including lamination machines, lamination pouches, photo paper, laser
toner powders (imported from Singapore), copier spare parts, HP and Epson printer
spare parts, etc.
Mr. Jitendra Bothra, Proprietor, Dysney Imports, comments, “We do mostly wholesaling without brand. In spite of the intense competition in the imaging industry and economic downturn due to lockdown, we are able to maintain our sales and reputation, because we have dedicated personnel who work hard to meet the customer needs through providing the right quality and customer satisfaction to keep us above our competitors. Pandemic has no negative effect on us and in spite of two lockdowns, we grew well and our average annual growth rate has been 60-70%. We have customers all over India (South, North, West, East). We sell only high-quality products and do not compromise on that aspect. Our prices are above market prices but affordable, we maintain good availability and fulfill the orders promptly. We deal with our clients with transparency. We provide printer parts for the laserjet machines of all the leading brands. We provide drums and blades for copiers of all brands, and copiers toners for the HP and Canon brand. We sell only black toner powders, no color. We also sell about 2000 lamination machines a month and also
provide huge volumes of lamination pouches. In early 2022, we want to add die cutters, spiral binding machines, paper cutters, etc to our portfolio. We also want to focus more on wholesaling lamination pouches in the coming months and years. We are happy with our progress and looking optimistically towards the future.”
