According to HYB, its Service Vacuum Model XC-168 received the Korean Certification mark (KC mark), symbolizing that the vacuum and its components have been qualified after comprehensive testing done by the appointed authority in Korea. KC certification, or Korea Certification, is primarily about demonstrating the conformity of products to Korean safety standards, namely K Standards. In 2009 the government of South Korea decided to introduce the KC Mark and to replace the previous 140 different test marks. The KC Mark and the corresponding KC Certificate are similar to the European CE mark (HYB’s XC-168 vacuum is also a product with CE mark) and are valid for 730 different products such as automotive parts, machines, and many electronic products.
