According to HYB, its latest series of aftermarket cartridges suitable for the Ricoh MP C501 printer (HYB-RH-MPC501) has passed compatibility and reverse compatibility tests in its lab. It claims its customers support the new product line too. “Our distributors and their customers are our toughest test, and they are giving us the thumbs up,” a spokesperson told RT ImagingWorld News.

HYB state the black toners are estimated to print 14.5K pages while the color toner cartridges are estimated to have 13K pages of capacity under the ISO 5% test patent. Ricoh released its color laser multifunction printers MP C501, MP C501SP and relevant Signature series as 50-pages-per-minute (ppm) color laser multifunction printers (MFPs). This machine is expected to be popular in small offices which required color output at higher speeds.
