In an interaction with Imaging Solution magazine, Mr. Arhant Jain reveals, “Recent developments in our business are, we are providing compatible laser toner cartridges for the latest models of, etc; we are releasing compatibles as soon as the new models appear in the market. We also sell top-quality inks for different brands and their different models. Our color inks are a great success in the Indian market. We have high-quality black and color inks for Epson, HP, Canon, etc brand machines. We also have a wide range of toners – black and as well as in color, in our product portfolio.
Japanio provides copier consumables for Canon and Xerox copier machines. Neminath Compu India has a sister concern where their manufacture inks for a wide variety of brands and models. The company also provides compatible consumables in bulk without the brand name. Japanio’s compatible toner powders and toner cartridges for the latest machines and models of HP, Brother, and Canon are known for their quality, consistency, and higher page yield. Japanio always tries to keep up-to-date with technology.
“Color inks usage has increased significantly in the last few years in the market. In the case of toner powders, black still forms 90% of our sales. We have inks common for all brands and also specific for a particular brand and particular model. The more specific the ink is by brand and by model, the better will be the performance, but the more specific ink is, the more costly it will be. For example, an ink common for all brands will be cheap, ink for a specific brand and common for all that brand will be costly, and ink for a specific model of a specific brand will be costlier. We provide ink as per the demand and choice of the customers,” adds Mr. Arhant Jain.
Arhant’s in-depth imaging industry knowledge has enabled Japanio to become a market leader in today’s competitive imaging industry. All the activities at Japanio are performed under a value system, a stringent code of ethics, and with an unstinting commitment to clients and employees.
Regarding their main selling points, Mr. Arhant Jain comments, “Quality is our main selling point. Since we maintain near-OEM quality, our products are sometimes costlier than general market products. We procure raw materials from reputed and standard importers who provide high quality. We bank on long-term relationships with customers based on trust and transparency. We mainly cater to clients requiring products in bulk quantity. We have customers all over India and we are happy with our growth and progress so far and confident about the future. Barring 2020-21 due to pandemic, we usually grow at an annual rate of 20%.”
Japanio has a team of dedicated professionals working in their administrative, accounts, quality control, and marketing departments. Guided by a firm commitment to provide excellent quality products and services, Japanio also offers cost-effective refilling solutions at competitive prices.
