Shivam Computer & Printer Care, founded in 2009 in Sirsa (Haryana), is a leading provider of refurbished laser and inkjet printers (black & color), printer spare parts, and printer repair services in the north India region. They also provide unbranded bubble-packed high-quality compatible laser printer cartridges & printer inks (black and color) for a variety of printer models of different leading brands.
Mr. Vinod Saini, Proprietor, Shivam Computer & Printer Care, comments, “Providing refurbished laser & inkjet printers, and dot-matrix machines is our main operation, besides other operations. Every month we sell 2000-2500 refurbished printers (black and color) and dot-matrix printers. First, we procure secondhand printers from others—mostly from govt offices and some corporates, we repair them and fix the worn out or damaged parts, overhaul them and prepare them to be in good working condition, and then sell them through our channel network of dealers and also directly to some customers. We sell them almost at 50% of their original cost to the end-user, which is a benefit to them. We give customers a 2-month warranty on the refurbished machines we sell. Our customers for these machines include other dealers, offices, and also home users. Most of our customers come from Haryana, Punjab, and UP. We sell nearly 4000-4500 compatible printer cartridges per month and large quantities of printer inks too. We procure these consumables from reputed traders and importers in India. We maintain long-term cordial relationships with our partners and customers based on trust, and transparency. We aim at high customer and partner satisfaction. We deal only in printer-related products and services; we do not deal in copier-related products and services at present. We work keeping in mind the benefit of all – our customers, partners, and office staff. Since we work in a planned manner and maintain good customer relations, we have no serious challenges in the market. Covid had no significant impact on our business in 2020 or 2021. We want to expand our business further in the coming years and reach new customers. If everything goes fine, we want to launch our own brand of compatible consumables in 2023.”
