New Delhi based Delco Copier offers a wide range of office consumableslike toners,drums,web rollers, chips,fixing films, lamination rollers and pouches, lamination machines, films, cartridges, black and color inks &toners, etc, under their brand name Delco. The company also provides OEM cartridges, toners, etcfor leading brands. Since Aug 2018 Delco Copier has been a Delhi local distributor for HP A4 printer machines and since Mar 2019, authorized to sell Brother OEM printer consumables to GEM (Gov E-Market) places. Recently, Delco added inks and ink cartridges to their portfolio.

Sanjeev Chaudhary clarifies, “Since our inception in 2007, our USPs are: we never compromise on quality, good service, timely deliveries and strong relationships. We constantly evolve to meet the latest needs of the market and in the past decade crossed many landmarks in the field of providing imaging &office automation products.Our relationships with partners are for long-term, based on trust and credibility. Delco brand cartridges, ink as well as laser, provide high quality prints. The main challenge in the market at present is more number of competitors is entering the market, so margins are dropping. However, since market size is also increasing with smaller towns getting urbanized, for those who know how to exploit the opportunities there is always room for growth. We see opportunity in every challenge.”

In addition to compatible inks and toners, Delco has over 1600 different compatible consumable items in their portfolio list. Delco Copier possesses an excellent warehousing facility equipped to maintain the right temperature, humidity and safety of the goods. Talking about the market trends and challenges, Sanjeev comments, “Now users, including government offices, are moving from A3 copiers to A4 printers when their loads are from low to medium, so we see good scope for our HP A4 MFPs. Also, we are expecting good business for our recently added black and color inks and ink cartridges for all leading brands. On inks side, compatibles for Epson are selling very well.We see GST as a good step in bringing order and transparency into the business, but GST should be equal for all the products at 7%, instead of differential rates.”

Delco Copier uses the most modern packaging methods and takes right care to see that goods do not suffer wear and tear in transit. The company pays special attention to product design, finish, automation levels, effective utility, technological compatibility, printing quality, shapes, sizes, etc.

Talking about future plans, Sanjeev quotes, “Overall, our business is growing at an annual rate of 35%.We import raw materials from the standard providers in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. We operate pan-India though most our customers come from North, North-East and Central India regions. We also export our products to Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh and our exports to these countries are growing at a rate of 20-25%. In the next three years we are aiming to increase our sales of HP A4 machines 100% a year. Also we also want to focus on Brother OEM consumables for GEM. We are currently present in 18 states reaching through a network of 750 partners and we want to focus more on our existing partner network and on the areas where we have been strong, instead of venturing into new areas.”
