In a brief discussion with Imaging Solution, Prabhu Rajput comments, “We have our own manufacturing unit in Nallasopara, Mumbai, where we manufacture copier and laser & inkjet printer parts like gears, trays, rollers, covers, pick-up rubber, cartridge parts, etc. The growing demand of color laser printers and copiers segment is one of the most important aspects and we are mainly focusing on these areas. As for cartridges, we import new empty cartridges from abroad, fill them with the right toners and package them firmly, so that we can provide the right quality to the users. We have a wide range of 500 plus printer and copier spares, and our products are highly compatible with different machines of the leading brands like HP, Canon, Xerox, Epson, Sharp, Toshiba, etc. We closely follow the orders until they are delivered to our partners. Our marketing executives maintain good relationship with our channel partners and resolve their issues if any within a given period of time. Customers, once from our products, remain with us for several years and decades.”

Prabhu Rajput adds, “We import raw materials from quality-proven providers in China and our customers come from all over India. We are growing at an annual rate of around 20% and we are sure that we will maintain good growth for several years to come. Bestton toner cartridges and toner powders are also in great demand in the market. Our main strength is that as soon as any new printer or copier is launched, our R&D team starts working on it to develop spares and consumables and we deliver the goods fast. In other words, we are always future-ready.”
