Mr. Deepak Pugalia, Proprietor, Bhagwati Enterprises, comments, “Our product portfolio includes inkjet inks, toner powders, toner cartridges, printer and cartridge spares. We are proud to have a wide range of products in our basket under one roof. ProDot products sell well without any extra effort due to their product quality, broad range and demand. We are getting very good support from ProDot and Image King brands. We always get good support from our distributors & dealers and also have a good numbers of end users. We majorly cover 4 states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh Odisha and West Bengal and also have a good presence in the neighboring Karnataka and Maharashtra. Our business now reached nearly 80% of the pre-Covid levels. Currently, the demand is low and it will reach normal levels only when the schools, colleges and jobbers, which are now working only part-time, start working full-time. During the Covid waves many people started working from home and this led to an increase in demand for OEM consumables, but has little positive effect on the demand for compatibles. Supply problems from China have pushed up the prices of all the consumables. Some suppliers in India, taking advantage of the supply problems related to imports from China, are creating panic in the market and tempting the clients to purchase more saying that the future supplies are going to be uncertain. We hope the situation will get normal only by mid-2022. Our first objective is to maintain the supply chain and manage the range of products. We are always looking for more business opportunities and hope the market conditions and supplies become normal soon.”
