Chirag Sales, founded in 1986 in Raipur (Chattisgarh), is a fast-growing trader of a wide range of imaging consumables including photo paper, laminators, lamination pouches, and toner powders, toner cartridges for photocopier models of the leading brands, etc. They also sell brand new mono photocopiers of the leading brands like Kyocera and Canon; and color laser and inkjet MFPs. Chirag Sales also has its own brand namely Ktone only for toners. They also provide printer spares (OEM and compatible) and offer repair and AMC services.

Most of our business comes through our dealer network; only a little through direct sales. Most of our customers come from Raipur and the surrounding towns in Chattisgarh. Under our Ktone brand, we sell only toners and the brand is doing well. For Ktone, we procure raw materials from reputed importers in India. Ktone toners come in high quality at affordable prices. The only challenge we are facing is nowadays partners are demanding more and longer credit, but otherwise, things are going fine. We have been growing at an annual rate of around 15-20%. We want to maintain this growth rate. Overall, we are satisfied with our growth and want to take our business forward in the coming years.”
