Established in 2009, the product range offered under Q-Cartridge includes compatible toners, toner cartridges for several top brands including HP, Canon, Samsung, Ricoh and Epson, cartridge parts, printer machine parts and many more. Q-Cartridge products are made from quality-assured materials procured from authorized and certified vendors of the industry from India and abroad.
Vishvesh Gilda, Partner, Cartridgewala, shares, “At present we are not dealing in inks, but focusing mainly on high quality compatible laser cartridges, toners and spares. We maintain high standards of quality and compatibility. Color segment is growing fast, but it forms just 10% of our total business at present. In future, the color proportion may increase.” Today Q-Cartridge has a vast clientele in West, North & South India. Q Cartridge wants to expand its presences aggressively in East of India.
High yield, sharp and dark black print are some of the main features of their toners and toner cartridges. Aided by quality-proven vendors and spacious warehousing unit, Q-Cartridge can meet bulk orders in a timely and efficient manner. Regarding challenges and the latest trends in the imaging industry and their promotion schemes, Vishvesh Gilda shares, “Presently, we operate across India. The main challenge we are facing is the flood of low-quality products that are being dumped into India and due to this product quality is coming down and customers are tempted to purchase cheaper products without any regard for quality. We import mainly from the proven providers from China. We offer high quality products at competitive prices and supply products promptly to the customer’s door-step. However, our products are not cheap, but they are value-for-money products, as we maintain good quality.
Last year we launched special Dhamaka incentive scheme for our partners, where if a partner purchases from us before March 31, 2017 Rs 15 lakhs worth of goods, he will get a Honda Deo and if a partner purchases Rs 8 lakhs he will get a trip to Goa for two persons.”
With their focus on high quality products & services and consistency, Cartridgewala plans to expand their operations into East India, while further strengthening their operations in other regions of India. They want to further increase their dealer network across India as a part of their expansion drive.
Later this year, as part of business expansion we are also planning to add computer and laptop peripherals to product portfolio and expand the business operations by keeping the company’s main motto in mind- “Focus on High Quality.”
