Kailash Bajaj, Proprietor, Heena Computers, shares, “For the past three years, we have been providing mainly compatible toners and cartridges for HP, Toshiba, Canon, Kyocera, Konica, etc. We provide items in bulk without brand name to dealers and other providers, who sell them to others with their own brand names and some sell without brand name. I have been in the imaging industry for last 25 years so I know the industry better. Earlier, we were distributors for several OEM brands too.”

Present users are tempted and misled by low-priced products, which are poor in quality,” added, Kailash Bajaj.
