In an interaction with Imaging Solution, Navin Gupta shares his company’s product portfolio, policy, future plans and the general market trends.

Navin Gupta comments, “We started our company in 1964 providing stationery products before the IT products came into the scene and added IT products to our portfolio in the late 1980s, and then kept on adding new IT and Imaging products year after year. Currently, we are distributors of Dell Laptops and PCs, and their accessories in Bihar and Jharkhand; and for Canon eco printers, HP A3 and Ricoh A3 copiers in Bihar; and Ricoh A3 copiers in Jharkhand states.”
Naveen Gupta, with his over five decades of experience, has developed Krishna Agencies into a leading distributor in the Bihar and Jharkhand regions. In addition to printers and copiers, Krishna Agencies also distributes and sells OEM consumables for Canon eco printers, HP A3 copiers and Ricoh A3 copiers. They provideTVSE Dot Matrix printer &consumables, sales &service; and compatible imaging consumables, toners and cartridges of ITDL and Formujet brands. They are distributors for Kingston memory products, Zebronics accessories, Xerox paper and Khanna paper. Talking about their business policy and distribution network, Navin Gupta reveals, “We maintain strong relationships with our down-the-line partners as well as with the vendors like Canon, Ricoh and HP. As a distributor, we maintain good stocks to ensure availability and prompt delivery of goods to our partners. We have two verticals – one dealing in retail, providing to the government, education, etc; and the other one purely focused on distribution. We have about 425 dealer partners, 350 across Bihar and 75 in Jharkhand. Demand for color consumables has been on the rise on the copier’s side.”
The mission of Krishna Agencies is to provide products customized and designed to meet the client’s requirements and strive to establish itself as a leading name for office automation products in Bihar and Jharkhand regions.
“Currently, we are growing at an annual rate of 10%. We want to concentrate only on Bihar and Jharkhand regions and do better here; we have no intention to expand into other areas. Imaging products, which form nearly 8% of our total business, have very good scope in Bihar and Jharkhand regions and the demand has been on steady rise, so we want to take special measures to expand the reach of our imaging products to our customers and partners. We are planning to open one more retail store in Patna in 2020,” concludes Navin Gupta.
