Manufacturing plant is coming up near Chennai city expected production will start shortly,” said, Krishnan Subba Rao, chairman and managing director, MTPL.

During the production process, samples are drawn at different stages and analyzed for their physical, electrical and thermal specifications. Every batch of toners is subjected to intensive tests for various important factors and parameters including particles size, distribution, tribo electric change, melt flow index, dielectric constancy properties, magnetic content, black density, flow ability, fixing quality, and copy volume. Components and technical are standard. Training to update and evaluate the quality standard of each process is conducted periodically. A multi step inspection practice and quality assistance through each stage of before utilized. Final tests and audits will be done on each stage. Post production testing will be conducting.
